Solar energy With the world's resources of fossil energy fuels (petroleum, gas, coal, etc.) forecast to inevitably run out, oil and financial crises, climate change due to greenhouse gases produced from burning fossil fuels, we are forced to turn towards so-called "renewable" energy sources. Light energy emitted by the sun is at the root of the majority of available forms of energy: chemical, thermal, hydraulic, electrical energies. Solar energy drifts through space as "grains" or quantum energy: photons; this source is continuously renewed. An abundant and limitless energy source. Solar energy is indispensable for maintaining the lighting and thermal conditions necessary for life on Earth. The power of the sun's rays on the ground gathers 16,000 times more power than we consume. Capturing this energy for just one hour per year would suffice to cover all our needs.
